Avetta SSIP Scheme

Paul Chapman & Sons Ltd are proud members of the Avetta SSIP scheme since June 2013. This is a Safety Passport which is insisted upon by most of the UK’s major aggregate producers to supply services to the quarrying industry.An annual audit helps to support that trust which is prerequisite in this challenging industry.

IOSH Safety

Our management team and mechanical support staff are all qualified to at least IOSH Managing Safely and in in part to NEBOSH/NGC level.

SR2010/ No12 Environmental Permit

Our recycling centre at Derby is covered by a SR2010/ No12 Environmental permit with the management team WAMITAB 4MTMS4 certificated.

Pollution Prevention & Control Act

Our mobile crushing and screening operations are governed under the Derbyshire Dales District Council Pollution Prevention & Control Act 1999, with permits covering all relevant activities.
